Just Jess Cake Co specializes in buttercream work.
I believe that cakes should be not only beautiful, but delicious!
All of our cakes are covered with fluffy buttercream or chocolate ganache, and filled with decadent caramels or coulis for an extra layer of deliciousness!
Just Jess cakes are made with high quality NZ ingredients sourced locally as much as possible. We use pure salted NZ butter to make our buttercream, high quality real cocoa and the best of the best - Whittakers dark chocolate.

Please note: we specialize in buttercream and ganache work only, not fondant, marzipan or sugar paste, you will be able to see from images throughout the website our style - which we hope to match up with yours and make your buttercream dreams come true.
All cakes are double layers for height.
Additional layer for extra servings an be added on request.
